在复杂电源电网环境下对电力系统规划方案以及运行方式进行论证与优化,对于提高电力系统的节能经济性,降低系统的碳排放强度具有重要意义。提出了面向低碳目标的电力系统节能与经济运行分析评价技术并研发了软件系统。节能与经济运行评价系统以电力系统运行模拟技术为核心,基于时序负荷曲线,通过考虑多类型电源相协调的安全约束机组组合,实现对电网全年逐日的精细化运行模拟,在此基础上构建了系统运行成本、能耗、排放与电网效率等多维度评价指标,实现对电力系统节能与经济运行的多维度评估。设计了软件系统的构架、数据结构、功能子模块以及评价结果展示界面。根据南方电网的规划数据,对南方五省新能源并网前后系统经济性与节能性进行了实证分析。
It is of significance for enhancing energy-saving and economy of power system and reducing the carbon-emission intensity to argue the power system planning scheme and to optimize its operating modes under complex generation and transmission structure. A low-carbon oriented analysis and evaluation technique for power system energy-saving and economic operation is proposed and corresponding software is developed. Taking power system operational simulation technology as the core, based on time sequence load curve and considering the security constrained unit commitment coordinated with multi-types of power sources, the energy-saving and economic operation evaluation system implements the day-by-day refined operation simulation of power grid in a whole year, on this basis multidimensional evaluation indices such as operation cost, energy consumption, carbon emission and power system efficiency are constructed to realize multidimensional evaluation of power grid energy-saving and economic operation. The architecture, data structure, functional sub-modules and the presentation interface of the evaluation results are designed. Based on the planning data of South China power grid, the empirical analysis on the economy and energy-saving performance of five provinces in South China before and after the grid-connection of new energy is performed.
