To illustrate the chemical constituents of Flos Datura innoxia Mill,and to compare with those of Datura metel L.,and to study its chemical constituents systematically,which provided scientific foundation for its further exploitation.Three lignans compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and identified by spectroscopic method.These compounds include（＋）-pinoresinol-O-β-D-diglucopyranoside（1）,（＋）-pinoresinol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（2） and（＋）-isolariciresinol（3）.Compounds 1-3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
