工作匹配是衡量就业质量的核心指标。本文基于2013年全国高校毕业生就业状况调查数据,通过建立计量回归模型对高校毕业生的区域流动行为与工作匹配的关系进行了实证研究。研究发现:流动能够降低毕业生过度教育的可能性,增加找到专业更匹配、满意度更高工作的机会。相比不流动和其他流动类型,多次流动对工作匹配的促进作用最大。即便同在东部、中部或西部省份就业,曾经发生跨省流动的毕业生也比不流动者找到匹配工作的可能性更大。
Based on a national-scale survey conducted in 2013 and ordered logistic models, the paper analyzes the relationship between the migration behavior and job match quality of college graduates in China. The results show that migration has significantly positive effect on the probability of college graduates" job match, even for those who find jobs in the same region; furthermore, repeat migration has the most significant positive effect on the probability of lob match.
