文章从团队反思视角,探析研发团队主管支持感对团队效能的作用机理。将团队效能分为团队任务绩效和团队成员合作满意,通过对127个研发团队的371份有效调查样本研究发现:研发团队的主管支持感对团队效能和团队反思都有积极影响;团队反思对团队效能有积极作用;团队反思在主管支持感与研发团队任务绩效关系中发挥完全中介效应,团队反思在主管支持感与研发团队成员合作满意关系中发挥部分中介效应。
The paper studies the meehanism of perceived supervisor support on team effectiveness from the perspective of team reflexivity. It classifies learn effectiveness into team task performance and team member cooperation satisfaction. Through 371 valid survey data of 127 R&D teams, the study shows that: Perceived supervisor support has a positive impact on team effectiveness and team reflexivity. Team reflexivity has a positive impact on team effectiveness. Team reflexivity fully mediates the relationship between perceived supervisor support and team task performance. Anti team reflexivity partly mediates the relationship between perceived supervisor support and team member cooperation satisfaction.
