研究建立概念模型,通过问卷调查的329份有效问卷,运用层次回归分析,研究绿色产品创新、组织绩效和组织竞争力之间的相互关系,并分析管理者对环境的关注在相互关系中的调节作用.实证研究结果表明:绿色产品创新对组织绩效和组织竞争力有积极作用,管理者对环境的关注在绿色产品创新与组织绩效、组织竞争力关系中分别起正向调节作用.
This paper establishes conceptual model and uses hierarchical regression analysis. It discusses the relationship a- mong green product innovation, organizational performance and organizational competitiveness. Meanwhile, the moderating role of managerial environmental concern is also analyzed. The research data is obtained through conducting questionnaire method of 329 valid questionnaires. The results show that green product innovation has a positive effort on organizational per- formance and competitiveness. The results also show that managerial environmental concern plays the moderating role be- tween green product innovation and organizational performance and between green product innovation and organizational competitiveness.
