点缺陷对轴承的载荷分布及运动学特性均有较大影响,在特定载荷和转速条件下,应用ANSYS/LS—DY-NA软件建立了外沟道不同直径点缺陷的深沟球轴承多体接触动力学有限元模型,通过仿真模拟,分析了深沟球轴承失效过程中应力与应变的变化情况及振动演变过程,为轴承故障分析和诊断提供理论基础。
The point defects have important effects on the load distribution and dynamic characteristics of bearings. Under the given conditions of load and speed, ANSYS/LS - DYNA is applied to develop the finite element model for muhibody contact dynamic analysis of deep groove ball bearings with point defects of different diameters. By the simulation, the stress, strain change and vibration evolution in the failure process of deep groove ball beatings are analyzed,which provides the theoretical basis for bearing fault analysis and diagnosis.
