温室气体减排已成当今研究的热点,具有应用前景的几个脱碳技术,分别是循环流化床O2/CO2燃烧技术、碱金属基固体吸收剂低温脱除烟气中CO2的新工艺和钙基吸收剂CO2近零排放增压流化床燃气/蒸汽联合循环发电工艺。文章结合东南大学的研究成果,总结了钾钠基固体吸收剂低温脱除CO2技术的研究现状,阐述了该项技术的基本原理和技术特点,从研究对象、研究方法和研究结论等方面介绍了该技术最新科研成果,指出了进一步研究的方向。碱金属基吸收剂干法脱除CO2技术具有成本低、反应条件需求低和能耗低等优点,与其他CO2减排技术相比,具有一定的经济优势,值得重点研究与开发。
Greenhouse gas emission reducing has been paid significant attention in recent years. Several promising options for CO2 emission reduction include O2 combustion with CO2 recycle in circulating fluidized bed, dry alkali metal-based absorbent for degassing CO2 from flue gas and Ca--based absorbent for degassing CO2 using an advanced PFBC-CC. Based on the investigation results, the latest research findings on dry alkali-based absorbents for degassing CO2 are summarized, the fundamental and technical characteristics are expounded, the latest scientific research productions of this process in the world are introduced from point of view of research object, research method and research result. The further investigation way for this process is presented. The degassing CO2 technology using dry alkali- based absorbents has some advantages, including low cost, low requirement of reaction, low energy consumption, and so on. It is one of the most promising technologies for CO2 emission reducing due to its economic superiority.
