总结了利用钾基固体吸收剂脱除烟气中CO2技术的研究进展.介绍了具有优越碳酸化特性的KHCO3晶体热解产物的碳酸化和再生反应特性的影响因素,得出最佳碳酸化和再生试验工况参数;比较了不同负载型吸收剂的碳酸化特性,发现K2CO3/Al2O3的性能更为优越;详细叙述了K2CO3/Al2O3负载型吸收剂的碳酸化/再生循环特性,发现其循环特性良好.同时,给出了进一步的研究展望.
The research findings of CO_2 capture technology using solid potassiumbased sorbents are summarized,while factors influencing the carbonation and regeneration characteristics of pyrolysis products from KHCO_3 crystal with strong carbonation capabilities analyzed,during which optimum experimental conditions for carbonation and regeneration tests obtained.A comparison of carbonation characteristics between various potassium-based sorbents with different supports is made,among which K_2CO_3/Al_2O_3 is found to be more efficient.Study results on carbonation-regeneration cyclic reaction of K_2CO_3/Al_2O_3 sorbent show that the sorbent has excellent performance in the cyclic reaction.Suggestions for further study on this side are simultaneously put forward.
