Imidafenacin,4-（2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl）-2,2-diphenylbutanamide,which is a novel antimuscarinic agent with high affinities for M3 and M1 muscarinic receptor subtypes and organ selectivity for the bladder, significantly developed for the treatment of overactive bladder（OAB） symptoms： urgency,urinary frequency, urinary incontinence. It has broad application prospects in the field of treatment of urinary incontinence. This paper is summarized and compared of pharmacological of action, pharmacokinetics clinical application and synthesis of imidafenacin, in order to further its research and industrial production to provide a reference.
