目的探讨不同年龄小鼠脑组织中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及相关酶活性的差异。方法比较3,8和24周龄小鼠脑组织中GSH含量及GSH合成酶(GCL)、GSH还原酶(GR)、GSH过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和GSH巯基转移酶(GST)活性的差异。结果不同年龄小鼠脑内GSH含量、GCL和GR活性无明显变化。8和24周龄小鼠脑内GSH-Px明显低于3周龄组。24周龄小鼠脑内GST活力明显高于3和8周龄。结论小鼠脑内GSH含量及其合成相关的GCL和GR活性不随年龄明显改变,而GSH依赖的抗氧化酶GST和GSH-Px的活性则具有明显差异。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the difference of glutathione contents and the activities of glutathione-related enzymes in mice brains of different age. Methods The mice were divided into 3 groups :3,8 and 24 weeks group respectively, and 10 mice in each group. The glutathione contents,and the activities of glutamate cysteine ligase (GCL), glutathione reductase (GR), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), glutathione-S-transferase (GST) were observed in mice brains of different age. Results There were no significant differences in glutathione contents, GCL and GR activities in brains between different age mice. However, the GSH-Px activity was lower in 8 and 24 weeks group than that in 3 weeks group. The GST activity in 24 weeks group was higher than that in 3 and 8 weeks groups. Conclusions The glutathione con- tents and the activities of GCL and GR, which regulate cellular glutathione synthesis, do not change in mice brains with different age. However,there are significant differences in glutathione-dependent antioxidant enzymes in mice brains of different age, such as GST and GSH-Px.
