本文研究了黄瓜栽培条件下,醋糟、牛粪和菇渣不同体积配比基质(纯醋糟C,醋糟+菇渣CG,醋糟+牛粪CN和醋糟+菇渣+牛粪CGN)脲酶和蔗糖酶活性变化规律及其与基质全氮和有效氮含量间的关系。结果表明,基质脲酶和蔗糖酶活性变化受不同原料配比和黄瓜生长的双重影响。随黄瓜生育期的推进,CG处理脲酶活性一直呈递减趋势,蔗糖酶活性呈前期比较稳定、后期略有上升的趋势;C、CN和CGN处理的脲酶和蔗糖酶活性变化规律比较相似,均呈前期逐渐升高而后期逐渐下降的特征。基质全氮和有效氮含量的变化较为一致,但基质处理间存在差异。C处理二者呈逐渐下降的趋势,而其他3个处理呈前期下降后期上升的动态。脲酶和蔗糖酶活性与氮素含量间的关系受基质处理的影响。CN处理的脲酶活性与有效氮含量呈显著的正相关关系;CGN处理的脲酶和蔗糖酶活性均与全氮含量呈显著的负相关关系,而C和CG处理的酶活性与氮素含量未表现出明显的相关性。
The aim of this study was to quantify the relationship of urease and invertase activities and nitrogen contents in vinegar residue substrates with cucumber cultivation.Four substrates were tested: vinegar residue compost(C),60% vinegar residue compost and 40% spent mushroom compost(CG),60% vinegar residue compost and 40% cattle manure(CN),and 60% vinegar residue compost and 20% spent mushroom compost and 20% cattle manure(CGN).The results showed: activities of urease and invertase changed with different substrates during cucumber growing stages.Urease activities of CG substrate had a downward trend with the growing of cucumber plants and invertase activities had an ascending trend following preliminary stability.In contrast,urease and invertase activities of C,CN and CGN substrates showed a similar changing way with descending following ascending.The changing trend of total nitrogen contents of substrates was consistent with that of available nitrogen contents.But the trend of total or available nitrogen contents was different in the substrates.With the growing of cucumber plants the two parameters of C substrate decreased and those of the other substrates varied with ascending following the descending.The relationships between urease or invertase activities and nitrogen contents were influenced by different substrates.A significant positive correlation was observed between urease activities and available nitrogen contents in CN substrate,and a significant negative one was also observed between urease or invertase activities and total nitrogen contents.However,for C and CG substrates no significant correlation between urease or invertase activities and nitrogen contents was found.
