不同配比醋糟有机基质氮素有效性与黄瓜生长的关系

研究了醋糟与牛粪和菇渣不同体积配比(纯醋糟C,醋糟+菇渣CG,醋糟+牛粪CN和醋糟+菇渣+牛粪CGN)基质中氮素有效性及其与黄瓜生长发育的关系。结果表明:(1)纯醋糟基质全氮与有效氮含量较高,添加菇渣和牛粪后均有所下降。(2)随黄瓜的生长,纯醋糟基质全氮含量一直呈下降趋势,而添加菇渣和牛粪处理则表现为前期下降后期上升的变化过程。(3)不同醋糟配比基质有效氮均以硝态氮为主,随黄瓜的生长,除纯醋糟基质硝态氮含量表现为前期迅速、而中后期缓慢的下降趋势外,其它添加菇渣和牛粪处理均表现为不同幅度的先增高后降低的波浪式变化。基质全氮和硝态氮含量变化存在极显著的正相关关系。(4)从不同醋糟基质黄瓜的生长状况来看,以纯醋糟和醋糟添加牛粪的处理较好。

英文摘要:

Different mixing ratios of vinegar residue compost and spent mushroom compost and cattle manure were evaluated as substrates for the growth of cucumber plants.Four different substrates were tested: vinegar residue compost(C),a mixture of 60% vinegar residue compost and 40% spent mushroom compost(CG),a mixture of 60% vinegar residue compost and 40% cattle manure(CN),and a mixture of 60% vinegar residue compost and 20% spent mushroom compost and 20% cattle manure(CGN).The results showed:(1) The content of total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen of mixture substrate decreased with the addition of spent mushroom compost or cattle manure comparing to the single vinegar residue.(2) With the growth of cucumber plants,the content of total nitrogen of C substrate always decreased.However,that of CG,CN and CGN reduced at first and then increased.(3) The nitrate nitrogen content was the major component of available nitrogen in all substrates.During the growing stages,the nitrate nitrogen content of CG,CN and CGN changed in the form of wave with different range.However,that of C always decreased.There was a significant correlationship between the total nitrogen contents and the nitrate nitrogen contents of substrates.(4) For C and CN substrates,the height and diameter of cucumber plants,leaf chlorophyll contents and yields were higher than that of CG and CGN.Therefore,it was suggested that C and CN substrates were the best substrate for the cucumber growth.
