研究了5种施肥量处理[正常施肥量的0(0 s)、1/8(1/8 s)、1/4(1/4 s)、1/2(1/2 s)和1(1 s)单位]对醋糟混合基质栽培生菜生长以及品质的影响。结果表明,1/4单位施肥量(1/4 s)处理下醋糟基质的pH和EC值变化较其他处理平稳。1/4单位施肥量(1/4 s)处理下生菜茎粗、产量、根鲜重、叶鲜重最大,而1个单位施肥量(1 s)处理下上述指标最小。对采收时生菜品质的分析表明,生菜叶片内的硝酸盐含量随着施肥量的增加而迅速上升,1个单位施肥量(1 s)处理下生菜叶片中硝酸盐和可溶性蛋白含量最高,1/4单位施肥量(1/4 s)处理下生菜叶片中可溶性糖含量最高。综合考虑产量和品质,采用1/4单位的配方(1/4 s)是适合醋糟基质栽培生菜的施肥配方。
Effects of five different fertilizer amount treatments (0, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1 units of normal fertilizer concentration) on the growth and quality of lettuce grown with vinegar residue substrate mixed with others were investigated. The re- suits showed that the 1/4 unit fertilizer amount treatment had smaller change range of pH and EC in the vinegar residue sub- strate than other treatments. At the same time, stem diameter, yield, root fresh weight, leaf fresh weight were the biggest in the 1/4 unit fertilizer amount treatment, whereas they were the least in the treatment of 1 unit fertilizer amount. The ni- trate content in the leaves increased significantly with the fertilizer amount, and the highest nitrate content and soluble pro- tein content were in the treatment of 1 unit fertilizer amount, while the highest soluble sugar content was in the 1/4 unit fer- tilizer amount treatment. Based on comprehensive consideration of yield and quality, it was suggested that 1/4 unit fertilizer amount treatment was suitable for lettuce grown with vinegar residue substrate.
