检测FSHβ和PRLR基因多态性及其对豫南黑猪和3个引进猪种产仔性能的影响。采用PCR-RFLP方法,对豫南黑猪、杜洛克猪、长白猪和大约克夏猪4个猪种进行耶邯基因和PRLR基因多态性检测,并采用最小二乘法分析其对产仔性能的影响。结果表明,对于FSHβ亚基基因,豫南黑猪在初产总产仔数与产活仔数方面,基因型CC型比AC型的分别多2.67,2.79头(P〈0.05);在经产总产仔数和产活仔数方面,基因型CC型比AC型分别多2.03和2.14头(P〈0.05);而引进猪种基因型对产仔数没有显著差异。对于PRLR基因,豫南黑猪不同基因型对产仔数没有显著影响,但呈现BB型〉AB型〉AA型的趋势。而引进猪种在经产总产仔数与产活仔数方面,BB基因型比AB基因型平均多产2.04,2.47头,差异显著(P〈0.05)。因此,将FSHβ基因和PRLR基因作为猪繁殖性能的候选基因,可能有利于其繁殖性能的提高。
The aim of the paper was to detect the polymorphism of FSHβ and PRLR genes and study the effects of the polymorphic site on litter size traits in Yunan black pig and three foreign pig breeds. The polymorphism of FSHβ and PRLR genes in Yunan black pigs, Duroc, Landrace and Yorkshire was studied by PCR-RFLP, and the effect ofFSHβ and PRLR genes on litter size traits of four breeds was analyzed by the Least Square Analysis. The results showed that for FSHβ gene, CC genotype of Yunan black pig produced 2.67 TNB and 2.79 NBA more than AC genotype in the first parity(P 〈 0.05) ,and produced 2.03 TNB and 2.14 NBA more than AC genotype in the later parity(P 〈 0. 05). However, the effects of combined genotypes on litter size was insignificant in foreign pig breeds. For PRLR gene,there were no significant difference between the different genotypes of Yunan black pigs in litter size,but a trend of BB 〉 AB 〉 AA existed. BB genotype of foreign pig breeds produced 2.04 TNB and 2.47 NBA more than AB genotype in the later parity( P 〈0.05 ). This indicated that the reproduction performance of pigs could be improved if FSHβ and PRLR were taken as the candidate genes for pig reproductive performance.
