为了改善民用飞机液压系统恒压变量泵的工作性能,建立了柱塞泵的仿真模型和液压系统作动器的热力学模型,并根据民用飞机飞行剖面设定工况,定量分析柱塞泵在飞机液压系统中的工作特性及能量需求。仿真结果表明:柱塞泵工作中的能量损失分为两部分,一部分为柱塞泵主体的功率损失,飞行状态变化对泵主体功率损失有显著影响;另一部分为高压油液通过恒压阀泄漏回油所造成的功率损失,在飞机巡航阶段,因泄漏造成的热功率损失占柱塞泵热功率损失的27%,是造成柱塞泵能量损失的主要因素。
Hydraulic system simulation model of an axial piston pump of civil aircraft hydraulic system was established.Aircraft actuators physical model of whole flight trajectory was built based on analyzing the characteristics ofthem. Dynamic and thermal model was created based on considering analyzing the characteristics of aircraft pistonpump. The performance of pump was considered in the whole system simulation. Simulation results show that thepower loss can be divided into two parts: the one is the leakage of constant pressure valve which leads to a mass ofenergy loss and the other one is the loss of main piston pump part. The relation between the energy loss of main pistonpump part and the flight trajectory was given. The results importantly apply to design and research of an aircraftaxial piston pump.
