There is a correlation between the antibacterial activity and the saturated fluence as the copper ion was implanted in the stainless steel. When the implantations's energy is 60keV and Ф0=1.2 × 10^17 cm^-2, 100keV 时Ф0=1.92×10^17cm^-2, and the sample is near the saturated fluence, the copper ion has the best antibacterial activity. If the saturated fluence is implanted in the stainless steel, we can see the fine antibacterial activity of E. coli bacilli even without the antibacterial treat with, but we can' t see the good antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureaus.
