This paper presents the classification, distribution of Polygonaceae. About 6 genera, 20 species and 1 variaties of Polygonaceae were recorded to occur in Pamirs of China, repectively accounting for 75.0% of genera and 21.1% of species in Xinjiang. Among them, 1 new recorded species in Xinjiang,9 new recorded species on Pamirs of Xinjiang. 1 species is endemic to Pamirs of Xinjiang, 1 species is endemic to China, 1 species only distribute in Pamirs in China and 5 species only distribute in Xinjiang in China. These 8 species account for 40%.
