目的采用改良2-血管阻断法(2-VO)+硝普钠降压法制作血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠模型。方法夹闭双侧的颈总动脉20 min后,复灌10 min,连续3次,同时硝普钠降压。结果 2-VO+硝普钠降压法制作VD模型动物存活率高,海马神经元损伤明显,行为学异常。结论改良2VO+硝普钠降压法是制作大鼠血管性痴呆模型的理想方法之一。
Objective To evaluate the value of modified 2-vessel occlusion method(2-VO)+SNP depressurization production for establishing vascular dementia(Vasculardementia,VD) rat model.Methods Bilateral common carotid artery occlusion for 20 min,reperfusion 10min for 3 times continuously,while SNP Buck.Results 2-VO+SNP depressurization animal model of vascular dementia produced high survival rate with obvious hippocampal neurons injury and abnormal behavior.Conclusion Modified 2VO+SNP depressurization is the ideal method of vascular dementia model.
