目的:研究五味子超临界萃取物对β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ25-35)所致的PCI2细胞损伤后生存状态和活力的保护作用。方法:体外培养PCI2细胞,建立Aβ引起的细胞损伤的AD细胞模型,采用MTT法和LDH法检测细胞生存活力。结果:五味子超临界萃取物能降低LDH含量,升高细胞线粒体脱氢酶的活性,增加活细胞数。结论:五味子超临界萃取物能减轻Aβ25-35损伤后的PCI2细胞的受损程度,保护细胞膜,提高细胞生存活力。

英文摘要:

Objective : To study the protective effects of supercritical extraction obtained from Schisandra chinensis ior the survival condition and vigor of PC12 cells damaged by Aβ 25 - 35. Methods : The PC cells were cultured in vitro. An AD cell model about cell damage caused by Aβ was established. The survival condition and vigor of PC12 cells were de- tected by using the MTT and LDH methods. Results: Supercritical extraction of Schisandra Chinensis could reduce the concentration of LDH and increased the activity of mitochondria dehydrogenase of PC12 cells. The amount of living PC12 cells increased. Conclusion: The extent of injury of Aβ 25 -35 damaged PC12 cells can be relieved and the cell mem- brane can also be protected by using supercritical extraction of Schisandra Chinensis. The extraction is good for impro- ving the survival condition and vigor of PC12 cells.
