基于虚拟样机技术,对无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动机构的运动学进行了仿真分析。首先,基于无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的蜗杆齿面方程建立了蜗杆三维实体模型,并完成了无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动机构的虚拟装配设计。其次,基于Solidworks/COSMOSMotion机械运动仿真平台完成了该蜗杆传动机构的定义和虚拟样机的运动仿真分析,研究了蜗杆传动机构的滚子运动状态及其运动学参数。
Based on the technology of virtual prototype, the kinematical simulation of the non-backlash doubleroller enveloping hourglass worm gear is studied. The three dimensional modeling and visual assembling of this worm gear set is built according to its worm tooth surface equations. Using the Solidworks/COSMOSMotion simulation software, the worm drive mechanism is defined and the kinematical simulation of its virtual prototype is analyzed. The roller's kinematical parameters of the worm drive are studied.
