根据细长轴车削振动力学理论,建立车削加工过程力学模型,得出细长轴振动特性的固有频率理论计算公式,利用Matlab软件求出振型函数的振动方程曲线.利用ANSYS软件对细长轴车削过程进行模态分析,得出其前3阶固有频率.对比仿真结果和理论振动方程曲线,发现二者结果非常一致,验证了分析结论的正确性.
According to the vibration mechanics theory, this paper establishes the mathematical model of the turning process of slender shaft, and obtains the theoretical calculation formula of inherent frequency about the vibration characteristics of slender shaft. The vibration equation curve is gotten by using software MAT-LAB. The first three-order inherent frequency is obtained by model analysis of slender shaft based on the finite element software ANSYS. The Comparison of the simulation result and the theoretical vibration equation curve shows that both results are very consistent, which verifies the correctness of the conclusion.
