The appraisal of the style of work is an evaluation of the government's achievements and efficiency by the public. The paper conducts an analysis of the relationship among such factors as the appraisal procedure, elements, subjects, quotas, methods as well as well as the application of the appraisal results. Taking the object of appraisal as the main factor among all the elements, the thesis holds that the objectivity, accuracy and effective feedback affects the improvement of government achievements and efficiency. It is revealed that in a specific case, the interest correlation of the subjects and the inter-subjective effect are the main factors affecting the appraisal objectivity, the accuracy of quotas and the subjective competence are the chief factors influencing the appraisal accuracy, and the unimpeded channel, comprehensiveness as well as appropriate methods are the key factors affecting the effectiveness of the feedback.
