气道炎症是哮喘发病过程中的重要病理因素,近年来研究显示,微RNA(miRNA)可能参与Th2介导的促炎因子的表达,其中miR-155等可能下调Th2相关细胞因子的表达,miR-145等可能上调Th2相关细胞因子的表达,而miR-21等可能双向调节Th2相关细胞因子的表达。但miRNA对Th2分泌的相关促炎因子白细胞介素(IL)4、IL-5、IL-13等的调节作用还尚不明确。该文就miRNA在支气管哮喘中与Th2相关促炎因子的关系予以综述。
Airway inflammation is an important pathological factor in asthma. Evidence in recent years show that microRNA(miRNA) may be involved in the expression of Th2 mediated pro-inflammatory cytokines, miR-155 may down-regulate the expression of Th2 cytokines, and miR-145 may up-regulate the expression of Th2 cytokines,while miR-21 may bidirectionally regulate the expression of Th2 cytokines. The relationship of miRNA and Th2 cytokines interleukin (IL) -4, IL-5, IL-13 is still ambiguous. The review is about the relationship between miRNA and Th2 cytokines in bronchial asthma.
