面对日益紧张的环境和资源的双重压力,电动汽车是未来汽车发展的方向,而电动汽车充电站是电动汽车发展所必需的基础设施,布局合理的电动汽车充电站对电动汽车的普及与发展起着重要的作用。在完成充电需求小区划分的基础上,以规划区域所有充电者到其临近充电站的广义距离之和最小,同时每个充电者都只距其所属充电需求小区的充电站广义距离最近为目标函数,建立整个规划区域内系统最优的充电站选址模型,采用充电需求小区划分一充电站选址一广义距离比较一充电需求小区划分调整的渐进优化法,不断循环求解,寻求充电站的最佳选址。最后针对南京市某区域,通过建模和渐进优化,得到了该区域内的充电站最佳选址。
With the increasing environmental pressure and resources limitation, the way out lies in electric vehicles in automobile industry. The charging stations are one of the most crucial infrastructures that impact the development of electric vehicle. Based on the division of charging demand areas, the site selection model, aiming at minimizing the sum of generalized distance and the respective generalized distance, is proposed to determine the location of charging stations. Following the procedure of dividing charging demand areas, selecting charging sites, comparing generalized distances and adjusting the charging demand areas, the evolutionary optimization method is introduced to seek for the optimal site selection planning. At last a region in Nanjing is chosen as an example to illustrate the application of the model and method developed in this paper, and the preferred planning alternative is provided. Thus, the applicability of this method is verified.
