从资源配置和经济效益两方面综合评价公共自行车系统的建设效率,给相关管理者提供决策支持,利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,在定义自行车道路网以及划分自行车道路层次结构的基础上,构建公共自行车系统的评价指标体系,建立公共自行车系统评价模型,并以杭州公共自行车系统为实例验证了公共自行车系统评价模型的有效性。结果表明:公共自行车系统的建设效益并不是随着资源投入的增加而增大,合理的配置资源可以提高公共自行车系统的投资规模收益。
In order to evaluate the construction efficiency of public bicycle network and provide a kind of decision making support to the related managers, based on the improved data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, the urban public bicycle network was defined. An index system of the urban public bicycle network has been built, Then, an evaluation model of the public bicycle network was established. After then, an example of Hangzhou public bicycle network was given to show the effectiveness of apublic bicycle ne bicycle network configuration of twork evaluation model.
