The paper presents a data qua｜ity assess model for relational database and defines the accuracy metric at attribute level.After analyzing the difference between the error rate before and after quantization,the relationship is presented.The paper also discusses the quality propagation of the selection operation of relational algebra on key attribute,and proves that the accuracy is equal in theory,and represents the propagation formula with error rate before and after quantization separately.
