为了实现城市污泥高效、安全、节能的干燥处理,选用过热蒸汽作为干燥介质,辅助以机械搅拌,设计了1种污泥过热蒸汽搅拌干燥试验装置,并对污泥搅拌干燥装置的主要组件以及工作原理进行了介绍。利用该装置进行了主轴转速对污泥干燥效果影响的初步试验。试验结果表明:主轴转速越高,出料污泥的含水率越高。在200℃的过热蒸汽和10 kg/h的加料速度下,主轴转速为300,450 r/min时,含水率分别降低至29.91%和37.45%,已达到较好的干燥效果。从污泥表观形态可以看出:主轴转速越高,污泥颗粒越小,有利于成型,但在高转速时污泥破碎不充分,综合考虑主轴转速适宜取450 r/min。
In order to achieve high efficiency,safety and energy saving of sewage sludge drying process,a superheated steam stirring dryer is designed. Superheated steam is selected as drying medium,assisted with mechanical agitation. The main components and working principle of sludge stirring drying device are introduced in this article. The effects of spindle speed in sludge drying are studied on the superheated steam dry mixing device. The results show the that higher spindle speed is,the higher moisture content of discharging sludge is. We set superheated steam temperature at 200 ℃ and feeding speed at10 kg / h,when the spindle speed was selected at 300 r / min and 450 r / min,the moisture content reduced to 29. 91% and37. 45%,respectively. A good drying effect is achieved. As can be seen from the apparent morphology,the higher spindle speed is,the smaller the sludge particles are. Thus,it is conducive to the forming of sludge. But the sludge breakage is not sufficient at a higher speed. After all,an optimized result can be achieved at 450 r / min of spindle speed.
