由于我国污泥产量巨大且成分复杂,安全处理措施相对有限,传统的处理方法难以满足现阶段的要求。干燥是使污泥急剧减容有效的方法之一,是污泥减量化、无害化处理的关键和资源化利用的前提。干燥动力学研究对污泥干燥工艺优化与干燥设备开发具有较大的指导意义。主要从干燥动力学特性、传热传质及干燥模型方程3方面对污泥干燥动力学进行了论述,着重介绍了其在污泥干燥中的研究进展与应用状况。最后从干燥应用技术方面出发,对污泥干燥动力学进一步提出了研究展望。
Due to the huge output and complicated composition of the sewage sludge in China, safety measures are comparatively in shortage. And the traditional processing method is very difficult to meet the treating requirements of present stage. Drying is one of the effective ways to sharply decrease sludge volume,and it's the precondition of realizing volume reduction,harmlessness,and recycling of the sludge. Sludge drying kinetics research is now with great significance in guiding the optimization of drying process and developing drying equipments. Therefore,this article discusses drying dynamics mainly from the sludge drying kinetics characteristics,heat and mass transfer and drying model equation. It introduces the research progress and application emphatically in the sludge drying. Finally,further research prospects of the sludge drying dynamics are put forward based on drying technology application.
