分析了单向肋梁的力学特性,介绍了巷道交叉点常见的破坏形式及特点。根据雅店煤矿辅助运输大巷的工程条件,采用单向肋梁柔性支护方式,即锚杆+钢筋梯子梁+锚索+托梁+金属网+钢筋混凝土联合支护方式,对辅助运输大巷三号交叉点进行支护,监测结果表明:顶板下沉为围岩的主要变形,最大变形量为22 mm;底板和两帮变形量相当且远小于顶板变形量;支护效果较好,围岩变形得到了有效控制。
This paper analyzed the mechanical characteristics of the one- way ribbed beam and described the common failure forms at the roadway crossing and their features. Based on the engineering conditions of the auxiliary haulage roadway in Yadian Coal Mine,No. 3 crossing in this haulage roadway was supported with the flexible supporting pattern of one-way ribbed beam,namely,the supporting pattern of bolt + reinforced ladder beam + cable anchor + abutting beam + metal mesh +reinforced concrete. The monitoring results showed that the roof convergence was the main deformation of the surrounding rock,the maximum deformation amount was 22 mm,the deformation amount of the floor and two sides was equivalent and far less than that of the roof; the supporting effect was better and the deformation of the surrounding rock was under effective control.
