为了确定在不同粒度条件下空气流量对煤氧化程度的影响,通过程序升温法,测定了色连3号矿五种粒径煤样在不同空气流量下O2、CO以及活化能的变化差异。结果表明,0-0.9mm的小粒径煤样耗氧量对空气流量变化反应较为敏感,且小粒径低空气流量的煤样反应活化能最低;在干裂温度120℃前后空气流量不同,CO产生速率会出现突变点。
In order to understand the influence of air flow to coal oxidization degree with different size,we performed temperature programming tests to compare the O_2,CO and activation energy variations of Selian coal samples in 5 sizes under different air flow. The results indicate that,the oxygen consumption of 0 - 0. 9mm size coal sample is more sensitive about the air flow change,and small size coal sample with low air flow rate have the minimum activation energy; at the cracking temperature about 120℃,a turning point of CO generation rate will appear as the air flow changes.
