【目的】观察高破壁富硒灵芝孢子粉对人肝癌细胞的生长抑制作用。【方法】选用体外培养的HepG2细胞用于检测高破壁富硒灵芝孢子粉的抑癌活性,采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法观察高破壁富硒灵芝孢子粉对HepG2细胞生长的抑制作用,Hoechst33258荧光染色法观察高破壁富硒灵芝孢子粉诱导细胞凋亡。【结果】高破壁灵芝孢子粉能够抑制HepG2细胞的生长,与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),这种抑制作用具有浓度剂量效应,且同浓度下较灵芝孢子粉抑制作用更明显。【结论】高破壁富硒灵芝孢子粉具有一定抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of selenium-enriching wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder on hepatocareinoma cell strain HepG2. Methods The in-vitro cultured HepG2 cells were used for the experiment. The inhibition of HepG2 cells proliferation by selenium-enriching wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder was observed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTY) assay. Apoptosis of HepG2 cells was determined by Hoechst 33258 staining method. Results Selenium-enriching wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder had inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HepG2 cells dose-dependently (P〈0.05 compared with blank normal group), and the effect was obviously stronger than Ganoderma lucidum spore powder at the same concentration. Conclusion Selenium-enriching wall-broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder exerts certain inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HepG2 cells.
