文章针对于初级绕组分段永磁同步直线电机(PS-PMLSM)的工作特点,提出了一种基于双逆变器交替驱动模式下的段间损耗优化供电控制策略。当动子出入相邻两段定子过程中,依据动子与各定子段的耦合程度,利用拉格朗日条件极值法分别为每段定子提供不同大小的驱动电流,其意义在于可进一步减小在此过程中的电阻损耗提高了系统效率,同时还保持了平稳的段间推力。最后,通过仿真与实验对提出的方法进行了验证。
According to the performance characteristic of primary segmented permanent magnet linear synchronous motor( PS-PMLSM),the paper proposed a novel optimal power supply control strategy to minimize the inter-segment resistive loss based on dual inverters alternating driving method. When the shuttle passes from one to the next stator,adopted the Lagrange method to feed a different current in each stator based upon the coupling degree of them and shuttle. It could reduce resistive loss and improve power utilization also do not affect the stability of electromagnetic thrust between stators. Finally,the simulation and experiment demonstratd that this strategy presented the favorable effects.
