推广应用清洁高效环保的新能源是我国新农村建设的现实要求,但新能源技术在各地发展存在显著差异。以太阳能热水器为例,基于其在市场扩散中的空间差异特征,运用固定效应变截距面板数据模型对这种区域差异进行了定量分析,发现在不考虑各地区收入水平差异等影响变量的前提下,太阳能热水器在各地扩散中仍呈现显著的个体效应,其中,山东、云南、海南和河北等省份的值较大,而广东、黑龙江和内蒙古等省份的值较小,分别结合各地的资源禀赋、用能习俗、产业基础和生活习惯等进行了深入分析,在此基础上提出政策建议。
Promotion of clean, efficient, and environmentally-friendly new energy is a practical requirement of new rural construction in China. However, new energy technology development varies obviously in different areas. Taking solar water heater (SWH) as an example, on account of its spatial differences in market diffusion, qualitative analysis is made with variable-intercept panel data model of fixed effect, which shows that, regardless of such influential variables as income level in different areas, SWH indicates sig- nificant individual effects in diffusion, among which the values in Shandong, Yunnan, Hainan, and Hebei etc. are high and values in Guangdong, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia etc. are low. Combining with resource endowment, energy use practices, industry devel- opment and living habits, thorough analysis is made and policy suggestions are proposed thereby.
