随着知识经济时代的到来,知识溢出日益受到社会关注,现已成为经济增长理论和空间经济学的研究热点。最初,知识溢出被看作是引发集聚经济的一个因素;而现在它被看作是一种空间相互作用的过程,能有效促进区域科技创新、产业集聚和经济增长。在分析国内外相关研究文献的基础上,笔者主要从知识溢出概念、机理、效果和测度等四个方面进行阐述,总结了知识溢出的最新研究成果,指出知识溢出未来的研究方向,提出应加强网络分析和结构路径分析。

英文摘要：

With the advent of the knowledge economics era, knowledge spillover is increasingly concerned by society. Now, it has become a hot topic of economic growth theory and spatial economics. Firstly, knowledge spillover is regarded as a factor which causes agglomeration economy; now it is viewed as a kind of spatial interaction process that can effectively promote the regional scientific and technological innovation, industrial agglomeration and economic growth. Based on review of domestic and foreign research literature, the paper mainly elaborated four aspects： the concept, mechanism, effects and measurement of knowledge spillover. Finally, the latest research of knowledge spillover is summarized, and it is pointed out that the analysis of network and structure path should be strengthened in future.
