Mass customization （MC） quality chain structure model is established through studing the definition and characteristics of MC quality chain . Then we apply order - DEA model to evaluate and analyze MC quality chain . We also put forward the method and the path of cooperation quality improvement. Finally the paper proves our argument with an example.
