在精冲模的冲压工艺设计过程中,条料排样的设计不仅影响精冲模具的结构和工位数,还影响前后各辅助工序,是模具设计的至关重要的一部分。基于Solid-Works软件平台,从面向特征造型的角度对精冲工艺特征知识进行分类,并通过图形法对这些特征知识进行特征识别,采用基于知识推理的特征映射方法,解决了从工艺特征到工序特征的映射问题,实现了精冲模条料排样的智能化快速设计。

英文摘要:

During the design process of stamping process for fine-blanking dies,the design of strip layout not only affects the structure of fine blanking die and the number of stations,but also the formal and following supporting processes.It is a vital part of the die design.In order to realize the intelligent rapid design of strip layout,the article,based on Solidworks software platform,classifies the knowledge of fine blanking process features by the perspective of object-oriented modeling features.In order to identify these feature knowledge by features recognition based on graph,it uses the method of feature mapping,which is based on the knowledge reasoning,to solve the mapping problem which is from the process features to operation features.
