分析了汽车底盘高强度支撑板零件的冲孔、镦倒角工艺的难度,对影响厚板冲压件小孔成形的凸模损坏形式,包括制造工艺、各种断裂方式(折断、拉断等)、纵向裂纹、掉块和变形等进行了分析,找到了凸模长度、凸模材料及冲压设备的使用对影响凸模寿命的主要因素,并提出了在模具设计、材料选取、制作工艺,包括模具保养、模具润滑,生产设备等方面的解决办法,提高了冲压件小孔成形的凸模的使用寿命,产品质量,同时实现了该产品的批量生产。
