对于电解加工,首先需要解决的问题是工具阴极的设计。传统的阴极设计与控制,不仅阴极的生产、制造周期长,成本高;还需要对阴极进行不断的对比修正,对操作者的经验和技术要求高;且一种工具阴极只能用来加工一种形状的工件,加工对象单一。针对传统阴极设计方法存在的不足,提出了栅极式阴极的设计与控制方法,并对三种规格的方形单元所组成的栅极式阴极进行了平面、斜面和型面的电解加工对比试验,分析了方形单元的尺寸大小与加工误差之间的规律,为提高栅极式阴极电解加工的精度和完善栅极式阴极的设计方法提供一定的技术支撑。
For the electrochemical machining,the first problem to be solved is the tool cathode design.Traditional cathode design and control,not only the cathode production,manufacturing cycle is long,the cost is high;but also need to constantly compare and revise the cathode with higher require for the operator's experience and technology;And a cathode tool can only be used to machine one type of profile of the workpiece.For the shortcomings of traditional cathode design method,grid type cathode design and control method is put forward,and ECM for three kinds of grid type cathode composed of square unit.i.e.plane,slope and profile were tested by comparision.Then the regular pattern between dimension of the square unit and machining error was analyzed,which provide certain support in technology for improving ECM precision and perfecting the design methods of grid type cathode.
