目的探讨社区流动人口儿童健康管理工作路径建立及效果评价。方法以2013年2月-2014年1月竹村社区0-36个月流动人口儿童作为研究组研究对象,以2012年1月-2013年1月观澜君子布社区0-36个月流动人口儿童为对照组研究对象。以预防接种情况,定期体检例数,营养性疾病检出率、意外伤害降低率、生长发育评分,家长满意度评分作为评价指标综合评价新的儿童健康管理措施。结果预防接种情况对照组和研究组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组定期体检人数明显低于研究组,对照组营养性疾病检出率明显高于研究组,意外伤害降低率对照组明显低于研究组,三项评价指标有差异统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组生长发育评分及家长满意度评分均明显低于研究组,有差异统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过实施社区流动儿童健康管理,0-36月流动儿童的健康水平有大幅度上升,效果显著,群众满意度较高。因此,可全面推广实施社区流动儿童健康管理,满足社会需求,增强社会和谐性,为其他流动人口比较集中的地区流动儿童的健康管理提供借鉴和参考。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the path establishment and effect evaluation of community floating population children health management. Methods The floating population children of 0 - 36 months of Bamboo village community from February 2013 to January 2013 were selected as study group. The floating population children of 0 - 36 months of hills gentleman cloth community from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected as control group. Vaccination, regular physical examination, nutritional disease detection rate, accident rate, growth rate, parents satisfaction score were the evaluation indexes to comprehensive evaluate the new children’s health management measures. Results There was no significant difference on vaccination between control group and study group（P〉 0.05）, and there was no statistical significance. The number of regular physical examination in control group was significantly lower than that in study group. The nutritional disease of control group was much higher than that of the study group. Accidental injury reduction rate of control group was significantly lower than that of study group（P〈 0.05）, and there were statistical significances. The growth rate and parents satisfaction scores of control group were significantly lower than those of study group, P〈0.05, and there were statistical significances. Conclusion Through the implementation of community child health management, the health status of floating children of 0 - 36 months has jumped sharply. It has obvious effect, and higher satisfaction. Therefore, the implementation of comprehensive popularization community health management can meet the needs of society, and strengthen the social harmony. It can provide reference and reference for other relatively concentrated area of the floating children of the floating population health management.
