Dan-Ping Bai was born in Zhejiang Province, China, in 1982. She received her B.S. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China （UESTC）, Chengdu, in 2005. She is currently pursuing M.S. with School of Electronic Engineering, UESTC. Her research interests include SNR estimation and signal processing.（e_ mail：baidanping@uestc.edu.cn） Qun Wan was born in Jiangxi Province, China,, in 1971. He received his Ph.D. degree from UESTC in 2001. He is now a professor with UESTC. As a member of IEEE, he has authored and coauthored more than 60 published papers in journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include array signal processing and location technology based on mobile stage. Xian-Sheng Guo was born in Anhui Province, China, in 1979. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. with School of Electronic Engineering, UESTC. His research interests include passive location and array signal processing. Yah Wang was born in Chongqing, China, in 1983. She received her B.S. degree from UESTC in 2005. She is currently pursuing M.S. with School of Electronic Engineering, UESTC. Her research interests include TDOA estimation and signal processing.
