Yi Zheng was born in Sichuan, China, in 1979. She received the M.S. degree from Univ. of Electronic Sci. and Tech. of China （UESTC）, Chengdu, China, in 2004. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with UESTC. He now is a professor with UESTC. His current research interests include radar signal processing and high speed signal processing. Tie-Qi Xia was born in Tianjin, China, in 1978. He received the M.S. degree from UESTC in 2002. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with UESTC. His research interests include array signal processing, time delay estimation, ICA and SCA. Qun Wan was born in Jiangxi, China, in 1971. He is now a professor with UESTC. His current research interests include radar signal processing and mobile location.
