研究鸡马立克病对血清生化指标的影响,将72只1日龄海兰褐公雏鸡随机分成对照组(C)与攻毒组(V),C组每只鸡腹腔注射0.2mL灭茵Hanks液,V组每只鸡腹腔注射用灭菌Hank’S液稀释20倍的马立克病毒强毒京-1株血毒稀释液0.2mL。分别于3、6、10、15、20、26、35、45、60d对2组各取4只鸡进行心脏采血,剖检,观察病理变化,析出血清,分别采用IFCC速率法、酶法和直接法测定血清中y-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)活性、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量变化。结果显示,攻毒后血清中GGT活性在35d时明显高于对照组,而其他阶段偏低,且差异不明显;HDL含量低于对照组,15d时差异极显著(P〈O.01);LDL含量高于对照组,且15d时差异极显著(P〈0.01)。由此提示,鸡血清GGT,HDL与LDL含量变化可作为预测马立克病的重要指标。
In this study, we investigated seral biochemical indexes in Marek's disease (MD) chickens. 72 one day old Hy-Line Brown male chickens were randomly divided into a control group (C) and an experimental group challenged with Jing-1 strain(V). In the virus-challenged group (V), each chick was injected with 0.2 mL of solution obtained from 20 times diluting Jing-1 strain with sterile Hanks solution. In the group C,each chick was given with 0.2 mL of sterile Hanks solution. All chicks were kept in accordance with normal breeding conditions and the incidence of MD was observed. On day 3,6,10,15,20,26,35,45 and 60 after inoculation, four chicks from each group were sampled for blood from heart, and then were necropsied when they were sacrificed by cervical dislocation after ether anaesthesia. The activity of gamma glutamyl- transferase (GGT),the content of high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) were detected hy IFCC velocity method,enzymic method and direct method respectively.
