信任是信赖他人的一种意愿,是一个抽象的、跨学科的概念,是阻碍电子商务发展的最大的障碍之一。在现有信任研究成果的基础上,将网上信任的研究内容归纳概括为:网上信任概念及概念模型、网上信任实体模型和网上信任实证研究模型,并分别从这三方面对信任研究进行了阐述。最后,比较分析了这三大模型的研究目的、研究对象和研究方法的差异。
Trust is the willingness to believe someone, is an abstract and interdisciplinary concept, and is one of the biggest barriers to the development of e-Commerce. Based on large amount of research of online trust, three main aspects are summed up, which are the research of conception and conceptual models of trust, the research of entities of online trust, and the models of empirical research of online trust, and the three main aspects are expounded. Finally, research aims, research objects and research methods of three models are compared.
