为了分析气制动器铸造工艺(结构、浇铸温度、冒口选择)的合理性,对其成型过程进行了数值模拟。优选了一种工艺方案,解决了原有工艺产生的铸造缺陷。
In order to analyze the rationalities of the casting process(structure, pouring temperature and riser selecting)for gas brake bracket, its molding process was numerically simulated. A process scheme was optimized, and the defects of the original casting process were solved.
