首先阐述了永磁涡流联轴器的工作原理和特点,并介绍了四种类型(调速型、延迟型、限矩型、经济型)。针对所研究的轴向式联轴器,利用有限元分析了永磁体参数(永磁体形状、块数、占空比、内外径、厚度)对转矩和轴向力的影响,得到与7.5k W、4极电机相匹配联轴器的最优参数,并为设计其他型号联轴器选取永磁体参数提供了依据。通过推导转速差对效率的影响,对于稳定工作时的转速差的选取也进行了讨论。研究方法和结论为轴向式永磁涡流联轴器的设计提供了较强的参考价值。
The working principles and advantages of permaltent magnet eddy-current couplings are introduced firstly. The four types of the couplings (adjustable speed, delay, torque limiting, economic) also are presented. For the coupling of axial type, the effects of the parameters (shape, number, duty ratio, inside and outside diameter and thickness) of permanent magnet on the torque and the axial force are analyzed emphatically usingfinite element method, and the optimal parameters of the coupling matched the 7.5kW 4 poles motor are chosen. The analyzing results provide the basis for setting parameters of the permanent magnet in the process of design. According to deducing the influence of the relative speed for the efficiency, the relative speed is also studied when the coupling is working. The research methods and conclusions provide strong reference values for the design of the axial permauent magnet eddy-current coupling.
