永磁涡流联轴器以其优良的性能被广泛应用,并得到快速发展。首先对永磁涡流联轴器的结构和工作原理进行了介绍,结合磁阻法和法拉第电磁感应定律对联轴器能够传递的转矩和静止时的吸引力进行了计算。运用Ansoft Maxwell软件,针对三种导体盘结构(环状铜盘、条状结构、开槽铜盘)进行了研究,通过对比分析,得到环状铜盘结构为性能较优的结构。最后对填充导磁体的开槽铜盘进行了分析讨论。该研究方法为轴向永磁涡流联轴器的设计尤其是铜盘结构的选定提供了参考。
The permanent magnet eddy current couplings are promptly employed by diverse industries with excellent performances,and get fast development. The structures and working principles of the permanent magnet eddy current couplings were introduced,combining with the reluctance method and the Faraday's law of induction calculate torque that the couplings can transfer and the force between the permanent magnet and magnetizer when resting. Three kinds of conductive plate structures( copper plate,copper bar structure,slotted copper plate) were studied using Ansoft Maxwell,a better performance of annular structure of copper plate structure was gotten through comparison and analysis. Finally the structure of slotted copper plate filled magnetizer was analyzed,and display the discussions on the results of the analysis. The methods for the design of the axial permanent magnet eddy-current couplings provide strong reference values especially the selection of copper plate structure.
