文章首先从理论上分析海洋科技和海洋经济二者间的互动机制，再利用我国11个沿海省份的相关面板数据，采用空间面板回归和面板向量自回归模型，分别从静态和动态两个角度，对海洋经济与科技间的互动关系进行检验。实证结果表明，海洋科技对海洋经济的贡献不显著，海洋经济对海洋科技有持续的支撑作用，海洋经济的发展会带动海洋科技的进步，二者间存在一定互动关系，二者相互影响，相互支持，而且具有持续性，但是作用效果较弱，且二者的作用力度并不对称。这说明我国的海洋经济和海洋科技并未发挥出较大的协调能力，目前无法达到理论上二者相互促进的良好结果，可见海洋科技进步和海洋经济发展的良性循环还需要进一步努力才能实现。最后根据研究结果提出了相关建议。

英文摘要：

Article first theoretically analysis of interaction mechanism between them, then uses the panel regression and panel vector auto-regression respectively from the angles of static and dynamic to test the relationship between the two. Marine science and technology in the empirical results show that no significant contribution to the Marine economy, Marine economy has the leading role to S＆T, there are continuously interaction relationship between them, but not enough coordination. The virtuous cycle of Marine science and technology progress and the Marine economic development still need further efforts to achieve. Finally, put forward some Suggestions according to the results of the study.
