应用灰色关联分析方法考察了孔洞大小、硅颗粒大小、二次枝晶臂间距(SDAS)以及硬度等对A319铸造铝合金疲劳寿命的影响程度。分析A319铸造铝合金的疲劳寿命的主、次要影响因素。研究表明:对变质处理的铸造铝合金的影响程度从大到小依次为硬度、硅颗粒的大小、SDAS和孔洞大小。未变质处理的铸造铝合金的影响程度从大到小依次则为硬度、硅颗粒的大小、孔洞大小和二次枝晶臂间距。
The impact of pore,eutectic silicon,secondary dendrite arm spacing(SDAS) and hardness on the fatigue properties of A319 alloys is discussed by the way of grey relational analysis.Major and minor factors affecting on the fatigue life of A319 aluminum alloy are analyzed.The result shows that for modified cast aluminum the factors arranged in the descending order of impact degree are hardness,eutectic silicon particle size,SDAS and pore size.While for unmodified cast aluminum,the factors arranged in the descending order of impact degree are hardness,eutectic silicon particle size,pore size and SDAS.
