This paper uses Nash bargaining model to study the telecom value-added service chain within a cooperation framework. First, it analyzes the pricing and profit sharing between the mobile operator and service provider by using the cooperative game. Then, it discusses the effect of the sharing ratio on the price and profits. Finally, it shows that the sharing ratio affects the price and the allocation of profits between mobile operator and service provider.
