基于有限元方法,开发了风力机叶片固有频率计算程序,以商用1.5MW叶片为实例,与试验对比,验证了本程序的适用性。采用粒子群优化算法,通过优化叶片梁帽质量分布,从而提高叶片的固有频率。结果表明,优化后的一阶挥舞频率比原来提高了3%左右。
Based on finite element method,a program computing wind turbine blade natural frequency was developed.Compared with the experimental results,the program was verified with the example of some 1.5 MW blades.To improve the blade natural frequency,the mass distribution of the girder was optimized and the particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO) was used.With the same example,the results showed that optimized first order flap-wise frequency was enhanced about 3%.
